Summary
For best results with SWF Revealer tool, have the content-debugger version of the active-x (IE) Flash player plug-in installed on your system.
Background Information
SWF Revealer tool for ASV, like ASV, makes use of active-x Flash plug-in (the same plug-in used by MS Internet Explorer, hence also known as the IE plug-in) to play SWF content.
It is crucial to view the SWF content so that it can be 'revealed' by SWF Revealer tool. (For any reason, like a domain check, if SWF Revealer cannot play the SWF to the point that it extracts and loads the embedded/encrypted/hidden SWF content, it won't be able to 'reveal').
Issue
It was reported that on some systems, SWF Revealer was not able to reveal SWFs from 'Mochi' packages. SWFs seems not able to load ad or other data and freeze, continue button never gets activated.
Status
We have identified that the issue happens only with the release version of the player.
This issue is related to how SWF Revealer tool works, and also how Flash Player works. We don't consider this issue as a result of any bug in Revealer tool or the Flash plug-in.
Workarounds
[1](recommended) Download and install the content-debugger version of the active-x (IE) Flash player plug-in from Adobe Flash Player Support Center,
[2] If you are using a firewall, block SWF Revealers access to the internet (SWF Revealer itself does not try to access internet, but the loaded SWF may do so, which is seen as SWF Revealer's access). When internet is blocked, Mochi SWFs don't try to load external content and play the embedded content, then SWF Revealer works as expected.
