What are my support options?

Solution

All support request are top priority for us. Current support options are listed below:

 

Email

Our main support email is support @ buraks.com.

Please mention product name (like ASV or UAE) in the subject line, otherwise we may miss your email due to high volume we receive.

Submit a web based ticket if you don't get a reply from us to your email in 24 hours, which 99.9% of the time means we haven't received your email or deleted it by mistake .

 

Web based Ticket

Our help desk is at http://www.flashdecompiler.com/hesk/ .

This option is web based and while we will send notification emails, all communication is done via the web interface. Also, no file attachments are allowed.

 

Twitter

Most of our products have twitter accounts.

ASV: @mgASV

UAE: @mgUAE

Other Social Media

Currently we offer no support other than on Twitter.

We don't use and have never used Facebook. Some of our products have/had Google+ pages, remaining ones will be deleted soon.
